Gabrielle Mittelstaedt 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM The ever popular Gabrielle Mittelstaedt makes a return appearance to Expo. Gabrielle has been professionally preparing delectable vegetarian meals for more than 13 years. She'll share with Expo participants her favorite tips for creating delicious, wholesome dishes. Who knew "Healthy" could taste this good?

SilverSneakers® offers an innovative blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially oriented programming that allows older adults to take greater control of their health.

Curves
1:00 PM - 2:30 PM

Curves has made exercise available to over 4 million women around the world, many of whom are in the gym for the first time. Curves will bring some of its best exercise equipment to the Living Well Expo fitness area.

5:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Susan Foster is Carryout Chick #1. She has taught 235 exercise classes per year for the last 5 years. She brings her high-energy team to the Expo to help you jump-start your workout routine.

The Nashville Chamber Orchestra 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Nashville School of the Arts Jazz Ensemble 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM This ensemble of talented young musicians is an expo favorite. Come out and see one of Nashville's brightest treasures.
Pam Weston 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM Pam Weston is an accomplished vocalist, musician, and songwriter. She has appeared regularly on the WSM Grand Ole Opry as a member of Bill Anderson's PO Folks Band. She has appeared on Channel 4's "Good Morning Show" and the "Saturday Morning Show". She has been a finalist on TNN's "Be A Star" television show and won three Billboard Awards for her original songs.
Jewel Lucien 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM Jewel knows how to wow a crowd. She most recently appeared as Effie in a Nashville production of Dreamgirls. Jewel has opened for several gospel artists such as Shirley Caesar, The Williams Brothers and Dr. Timothy Wright and appeared on the Bobby Jones Gospel Showcase at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas in 2004.
The “Young at Heart” Fashion Show Noon - 12:30 PM This fashion show proves that the 50+ generation can rock the latest designer duds. Clothes provided by the French Shoppe and Belk Department Store.
The Metro Parks Swinging Seniors 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM This dance troupe of seniors, ages 62-86, defy age. They have plenty of smooth moves, entertaining audiences with steps set to everything from classic oldies to the latest hits.
Tango Nashville 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM Come get a taste of this Tango Troupe as they turn on the heat with a blend of sophisticated dance moves. Its members are dedicated to the education and entertainment of residents of Nashville and Middle Tennessee in the art and culture of Argentine Tango.
HealthSpring's Silver Star 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM Hear what all of the buzz is about. The winner of HealthSpring's Silver Stars competition performs at our expo, fresh from taking top prize in the 60+ competition and performing at the Ryman auditorium.
